Oh sure….it’s all fun and games until someone invents Crack Fluff.

This was seriously a wild haired experiment gone bad.  Oh it’s good…but it’s so bad.  I was continuing the S’More theme from late in the week and got to the bottom of my Marshmallow Creme.  The bottom.  Of the container.  But I kept staring at it and there was a wee bit left.  If I could just scrape the sides.  And maybe the rim around the bottom…

So I scraped.  And scraped.  And scraped some more.  Until I managed to pull together another 2 Tbsp.  Which was more than enough to make another batch of what I was working on.  But I didn’t want what I was working on so I started playing.  And you know what happens when you play with your food.  Apparently you make Crack Fluff.

Crack Fluff:  6 Weight Watchers Smart Points / 5 Points Plus

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Marshmallow Fluff (not creme, fluff)
  • 1 Tbsp Smart Balance Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Dream Semi Sweet Baking Chips (bonus, these are dairy free!)
  • Non stick spray

Spray a tablespoon with non stick spray.  This will make your fluff and peanut butter come out easier and hey, you counted those points so eat all of it!   Add all ingredients to a microwave safe dish that is at least three times as big as the ingredients.  Confused?  Then you’ve never put fluff in the microwave have you?  Place dish in microwave and heat on high for 20-25 seconds depending on microwave strength.  The fluff will rise high above the dish but it will come back down.  After it dings carefully remove and gently stir.  I just swirled mine a few times rather than really stirring because I didn’t want to lose the height and so I could savor the individual flavors.  Warning – this is a treat.  An indulgence.  Crack is addictive…don’t say I didn’t warn you!
