This week at our meeting we talked about smiling as a way to #stressless #beatstress and #bekind to ourselves. The leader asked us to smile and then asked how it made us feel. In the wise words of Buddy of the Elf Smiling is My Favorite! Take the #smilechallenge and see how great you feel too!
p.s. The fact that I took this pic in a vehicle loaded with camping stuff headed to Disney had nothing to do with that big smile hahaha.
