I eat the Quest Bars & Kirkland Bars as breakfast on the go with fruit (banana, clementine, etc) and I always have one in my purse and backback. 5 seconds in the microwave makes them chewy like a cookie. Cut one in 6 to 8 pieces, pat them down a little and bake for 2 minutes on 325, flatten with a spatula and they are cookies! Let them cool completely and add Halo Top in the middle to make an ice cream sandwich cookie and refreeeze. Uh-mazing! Check out my Lemon Lemon recipe at http://www.ifyouhaveanegg.com/?p=461
NuGo Slim is my new go to dessert protein bar…yummy alone and awesome added to yogurt and fruit! This morning I had 1/2 the Brownie Crunch NuGo with my greek yogurt and strawberries for only 5 Smart Points…oh my gosh it was dessert for a snack!
