This is a short blog post but oh so important. My source of success this time around hands down is the people I surround myself with in our WW weekly meetings, who I follow on Insta, and most recently Facebook Groups that I have joined. I can’t possibly know the points plus for every food. There is no way I could be as adventurous as I have been this past year without gleaning very important ideas, details, positive vibes, shared NSV’s, you name it from all of these ladies (and a few gents). Your Face to Face Fridays and Throwback Thursdays remind me why I get up every day and decide to do this. I live for the regional ideas and recipes…you guys and gals fill my tank EVERY SINGLE DAY!
Because this is so important to me I decided to set up a Facebook Group so that I can hear YOU talk rather than listen to myself all the time (trust me, I don’t sound nearly as interesting in my own head hahaha!). Many people are afraid or may be nervous to share on a public forum like this blog but a closed group…a safe group…of other positive weight watchers, ladies lifting each other up instead of putting someone down, an outstretched hand when I need one…that is exactly why I created the new Facebook Group “If You Have An Egg…You Have Hope!”Facebook If You Have An Egg…You Have Hope!. This is a new media outlet for me so I hope this link works. I hope you will join me and others like us. I hope you enjoy this journey!
