Frozen Candy Grapes: O WW Freestyle Smart Points
During our Weight Watchers Facebook Chat #54 "Are You Freestyling" I asked you to come up with three zero point snacks. That wasn't just to keep you busy and off the streets for a week...you need to start an arsenal of go to's for the days you are extra hungry, have a sweet tooth that won't be satisfied, or just need a snack!

One of my go to snacks especially during warmer weather are Frozen Candy Grapes! I certainly didn't invent them and this certainly isn't the only way to make them but yummmm....put them in your WW toolbox...and freezer.
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 1 Tbsp sugar free powdered drink mix or gelatin mix of your choice (I used SF Jolly Rancher Watermelon drink mix in a stick)
- wash grapes
- separate grapes from stem and put in zipper lock plastic bag
- add powdered drink mix
- shake vigorously
- freeze for at least one hour
- enjoy, guilt free!
