Ladies. If you are a Saturday morning Chick Fil A junkie like I am your day just got a little better. When our daughter was little she played AYSO soccer. And we all know what AYSO stands for….yep you guessed it. All Your Saturdays Occupied. All of them. Forever. And you can’t miss one because that’s the game where Susie’s mom promised snowcones if you won. And you can’t miss that because with AYSO you always win!
And because all AYSO games start at the tushie crack of dawn you have to eat early if you’re going to get anything besides a blue snowcone down before noon. Every Saturday for as many years as I can remember hubby would sneak off to Chick Fil A at some unholy hour while we “slept in” until 7am or so. When he arrived back home we jolted out of bed every time. Not because we were excited to get to the game….noooo he came home bearing gifts. Gifts of CFA Chicken Biscuits, or chicken minis, or biscuits and gravy or….*drool*….
