Ingredients
- Mama Mary’s Original Pizza Crust (you could substitute with Two Ingredient Dough or another brand’s pizza crust)
- 1 tbsp Bragg’s nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup egg whites
- Chopped spinach (however much you like - it’s 0 SP!)
- ¼ cup Daiya pepperjack style vegan shreds (or your preferred cheese)
- ¼ cup veggie chorizo crumbled (or bacon/sausage crumbled)
- Green onion (to taste)
- Diced Roma tomatoes
- Chopped mushrooms
Instructions
- Place your pizza crust in the bottom of the shallow pan that came with your Simple Living Products air fryer (or other shallow, air fryer safe pan)
- Spritz the crust with your preferred oil from your Evo Sprayer
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast onto crust
- In a separate container mix egg whites, chopped spinach, Daiya shreds, veggie chorizo crumbles, green onion, tomatoes, mushrooms. Mix well.
- Cover your pizza crust with your prepared topping mixture
- Place the pan in your Simple Living Products air fryer and cook on 400 degrees for 7-9 minutes
- Slice and enjoy!
