Candy Corn

Ingredients
- 4 small ears fresh corn on the cob (I like it still in the husk)
- Olive oil non-stick spray
- Fresh ground bread seasoning (or Italian seasoning) to taste
Instructions
- Wash corn and pat dry.
- Place in a microwave safe dish in a single layer.
- Spray liberally with non stick spray and then generously coat with the fresh ground seasoning. I'm pretty generous. Ok, maybe a bit heavy handed. But it's sooooo good.
- Do not cover. Place in microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes depending on how crisp you like your fresh corn. If you are lucky enough to have access to a grill I can only imagine how these would taste.
- Let cool for a minute or two and then try to stay out of them. I eat two. Every. Single. Time.
