Cucumber and Feta Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh Watermelon, Cubed
- ½ Cup Cucumber, Cubed
- ⅛ Cup Athenos Traditional Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 Tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Drizzle
Instructions
- Cube watermelon and cucumber
- Toss with arugula, top with feta and drizzle with balsamic
- Serve immediately or chill for not more than a few hours. Not recommended for prepping the day ahead
