Detox Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups uncooked shredded cabbage
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced carrots
- Low-sodium vegetable broth
- 20.5 oz. no salt added diced tomatoes
- 3 cups chopped baby bella mushrooms
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 cups water
- Turmeric (to taste)
- (optional) DAK’s Spices Italian Blast (or any other salt-free seasoning)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
