Ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted vegetable cooking stock
- 14 oz beefless crumbles
- 1 cup uncooked onion
- 1 cup uncooked carrots
- ½ cup uncooked celery
- 14 ½ oz no salt added diced tomatoes
- 2 ½ cups canned black beans
- 2 ½ cups kidney beans
- 24 oz low sodium marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Frank’s RedHot Original cayenne pepper sauce
- 4 servings whole wheat penne rigate
- 2 tsp DAK’s Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Add everything but pasta to slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Cook pasta until tender and add a few minutes before serving
