One Skillet Soy Ginger Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 package Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodle Soy Ginger Flavor (prepare according to package directions for microwave)
- 1 can wild caught tuna packed in water
- 1 steam in bag of Green Giant Riced Veggies (I used Cauliflower Medley) or your favorite frozen veggies thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup my recipe Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp crushed garlic (I use Spice World brand)
- 1 Tbsp crushed ginger (I use Spice World brand)
- Sprinkle of sesame seed (optional)
- Garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Stir Fry Noodles according to package directions for microwave
- Add oil, garlic, ginger and tuna to a skillet and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat
- Add riced veggies and sauté for another 5 minutes
- Reduce heat to low and fold in noodles, shredded cheese and cream cheese
- After gently mixing together, serve immediately with your favorite garnish and a few sesame seeds
Notes
Serve immediately or allow to cool and freeze for up to 2 months. Best served warm!
