Ingredients
- ΒΌ cup uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp of Truvia baking blend (or another low- or no-calorie sweetener)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (roughly β
of a package) of sugar-free pistachio Jell-O pudding mix (dry)

cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- β
cup milk of your choice
- (optional) Protein powder
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients to a jar or other small container with a lid and stir
- Add wet ingredients and stir again
- Close lid and put in fridge overnight (or at least for a couple of hours)
- Enjoy cold or heat for 30-60 seconds for a warm oat treat!
