- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 large (or 2 small) apples, cubed
- 1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 pump Jordan’s Skinny Syrups - Vanilla
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tbsp water
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
