Weight Watchers Live Facebook Chat:  Smart Point Friendly Desserts!

These are the transcriptions from tonight’s chat about WW Desserts with Smart Points listed.  As always these are available on Facebook, YouTube and on my blog www.ifyouhaveanegg.com

  • First things first, these are LIVE video chats when they are recorded so yes, I talk to people when they ask questions!
  • Desserts are a part of life so if we are going to do this for the long haul we have to be able to live! I hope these yummy indulgences are something that will satisfy your sweet tooth, be something you are proud to serve to the civilians in your life, and most of all will make you happy!
  • Skinny Pop Popcorn Cakes: 2 cakes = 2 SP
  • Betty Crocker Cookie Icing: 1 tsp = 1SP
  • Betty Crocker Candy Shop Rainbow Chip: 1 tsp = 1SP
  • Pillsbury Sugar Free Vanilla Icing: 2 Tbsp = 3SP
  • Goldfish Grahams Vanilla Cupcake: 35 each = 5 SP / 15 each = 2SP (yummy on ice, yogurt, and with the cookie icing)
  • Pretzel Slims: 1 oz = 3 SP
  • Maraschino Cherries: 2 = 1SP
  • Smuckers Sundae Syrup: 2 Tbsp = 3 SP
  • PB2 regular and PB2 Chocolate: 2 Tbsp = 1 SP
  • Premier Protein drinks: 1 container = 2 SP / ½ container = 1SP
  • Cold Brew Coffee: 0 SP
  • Torani Sugar Free Flavoring Syrups: 1 Tbsp = 0 SP
  • Junior Mints Hot Cocoa (they have other flavors!): 3 SP
  • Pizzelle (Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Anise): 6 cookies = 5 SP / 1 cookie = 1 SP
  • Café Bustelo Instant Espresso: 0 SP
  • Nutella To Go Cups: 1 mini cup = 4 SP
  • Angel Food (or other) cake mix: 1 box = 84-92 SP
  • Crushed Pineapple: 0SP
  • Fluff: 1 Tbsp = 1SP (also comes in strawberry!)
  • Mini Fillo Shells: 2 shells = 2 SP / 4 shells = 4SP
  • Banana: 0 SP
  • I use a ¼ cup ice cream scoop. If you’re not sure how much your scoop holds fill it with water and then pour into a measuring cup
  • NuGo Slim Bars: 5 SP
  • Fat Free Whipped Topping: 2 Tbsp = 1 SP or sometimes I use Skinny TruWhip or So Delicious Light CocoWhip
  • Frozen Fruit
  • Halo Top Ice Cream: ½ cup = 2-3 SP and DELICIOUS!!!!!!
  • Banana Split: 1 banana + ½ cup Halo Top + 2 Tbsp Fat Free Whipped Topping 1 Tbsp Caramel Sundae Syrup = 3-5 SP
  • 1 oz Pretzel Slims + 1 Nutella To Go = 7 SP
  • 15 Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish + 1 Nutella to Go = 6 SP
  • 15 Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish + 1 Tbsp Sugar Free icing = 3 SP
  • Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish also good on ice cream, yogurt
  • 2 Pizzelle + 2 tsp Cookie Icing = 4SP
  • ½ Premier Protein Caramel + Ice Brewed Coffee + 1 Tbsp Torani Sugar Free Caramel + ice = 1 SP (Sarah says add 1 Tbsp Sundae Caramel Syrup to make a Macchiato! Add 1 SP)
  • 2 Skinny Pop Pocorn Cakes + 2 Tbsp Fluff = 4SP

I totally forgot one dessert in the freezer…argh!!…2  Pizzelle + 4 Tbsp Fat Free Whipped Topping + instant espresso + 1 tsp rainbow chips = ICE CREAM SANDWICH!!
