Cherry Chocolate Yogurt – 0 Freestyle Smart Points

Some strange side effects I’ve noticed since we started Freestyle are voracious nail growing and I’ve had to shorten the length of time I wait in between hair coloring.  Who knew Weight Watchers was going to make my hair and nails grow so fast?

We switched to the Freestyle points program in December of 2017.  Some met it with open arms.  Others are still fighting it.  Me?  I love tofu, I’m a big fan of yogurt, and give me some peas…I’m a happy Freestyle girl.

Plain yogurt is great as a substitute for sour cream in chili, soups, on a baked potato…but that wang of plain non-fat greek yogurt is a little much even for the hardy weight watcher.  I’ve been playing with some mix ins and here’s a fave.  Hope it goes on your go to list too!

  1. Just made this and WOW is it good! It totally covers up the sour taste that I don’t care for it Greek yogurt. Thank you for sharing this!!

  2. I just joined the website. I’ve been going to Weight Watchers since the end of July. I was just looking for new things to make and different things. I’m going to sound stupid here but what is a Wego.

    • Hi Sheri! That’s not a stupid question at all. It’s too long to explain in a reply but basically it’s my lazy way to make a breakfast sandwich (I eat them other than breakfast too though!). They have a little fan club…just search Weggo on the website and you will find recipes and a chat. Thanks for commenting!

  3. It’s funny-not every Weight Watcher program suits everybody. I was very successful on points plus, but I never warmed to smart points. I’ve lost seven pounds since freestyle started! I learned my lesson, though—I’ll never throw out the materials for an old program before seeing how the new program fits me.
