Raise your hand if you like brussel sprouts! Everyone seems to have either a love or hate relationship with them but they’re a favorite in my house. It helps that not only do we love the way they taste, we follow a recipe that’s incredibly quick to prepare!


These balsamic brussel sprouts make a great side dish for any meal and can be prepared in an air fryer to reduce time spent over a hot stove!

Air Fryer Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

Yield 6 servings

0 SP Blue | 0 SP Green | 0 SP Purple

Ingredients

  • 3 cups brussel sprouts, halved
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp Bragg liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Halve the brussel sprouts
  2. Spritz the brussel sprout halves with non-stick cooking spray and add liquid aminos
  3. Cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, watching carefully and shaking periodically to ensure none of the smaller pieces burn
  4. When cooking is finished, toss the brussel sprouts in balsamic vinegar
