One of my most popular (and personal favorite) recipes is Windstar Karen’s Buffalo Chicken Dip – it’s the perfect snack for any time and any occasion!

Serving suggestion – lettuce wraps are delicious with this dip!

It’s a staple in our house and because we make it so often I decided to make a little variation on it to mix up our routine. So today we’re replacing the chicken with imitation crab for a new twist on an old favorite!

Yield 12 1/4 cup servings

2 SP Blue | 2 SP Green | 2 SP Purple

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, hot sauce, Velveeta shreds, and DAK’s seasoning.
  2. Microwave the contents of the bowl for 1 minute.
  3. Stir the contents of the bowl together.
  4. With clean hands or forks, shred imitation crab meat and add to bowl.
  5. Stir crab meat into the mixture microwave again for 2 minutes (check after the first minutes and stir if needed).
  6. Serve in any way you can imagine!
