WW (Weight Watchers) Chat #181: Lower SmartPoints in Your Kitchen

Last week we talked about breaking up with your sitting routine by standing up. That’s it; just stand up!

Your homework was #standupbreakup – how did you do?

  • Tanya works in a busy license plate office and they do a lot of sitting. This week she broke up her sitting routine by standing 30 minutes out of every hour… that’s 4 hours of standing!
  • Alicia gets up every time her Versa 2 goes off and also grabs some water or refills her glass. But while she’s sewing she makes sure she has on some good Christian jams so she can get up and boogie when the Spirit grabs her!
  • Sandra took her break up to the next level! During every show she watches, she is walking 100 steps, doing 10 counter push ups, doing 10 knee bends.
