Detox Cabbage Soup

Yield 28 1 cup servings

Ingredients

  • 4 cups uncooked shredded cabbage 
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • Low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 20.5 oz. no salt added diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups chopped baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 cups water
  • Turmeric (to taste)
  • (optional) DAK’s Spices Italian Blast (or any other salt-free seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
