WW (Weight Watchers) Chat #160: Our Guide to Zero Point Foods

Comments are Disabled In the spirit of transparency, I do receive commission from mentioning some of the products in this post. Any commission I earn comes at no additional cost to you and I’ll never recommend products that I don’t use, love and believe in.

Last week we focused on three ways to “think you can” and put your mind first:

  1. Look Back
  2. Remember Your “Why”
  3. (Pep) Talk To Yourself

Your homework for the week was to #thinkyoucan tag me… Let’s see how you did with your homework!

  • Carla nailed it with a quote from The Help: “You is kind. You is smart. You is important.”
  • Sandra made me tear up when she revealed that her “why” is to stay healthy enough to care for her husband.
  • Sylvia says she is more outgoing!
  • Lynn says her weight loss has her walking farther and sleeping better

Bravo ladies, you nailed it!

This Week’s Topic: Our Guide to Zero Point Foods

Zero point foods are a great way to fill up without spoiling your diet. If you aren’t yet making the most of zero point foods, what’s stopping you? Maybe they require too much prep time, aren’t appealing, or seem “boring.” We’ve got some tips and tricks to help you incorporate these foods into your everyday meal plan.

The 3 B’s of Zero Point Foods

  1. Build a meal around your favorite zero point food
  2. Budget your day or week using zero point foods to leave room for higher point selections or to get back on track
  3. Bonus! Zero point foods are filling, nutrient dense, and delicious
