If you remember my Trader Joe’s haul from Chat #211 you know that I picked up one of my absolute favorites during my shopping trip – their Artichoke and Jalapeno Dip.

One of my favorite things to make with this dip is my Jalapeno Artichoke Cheesy Bacon Ciabatta but there’s always dip leftover and I know better than to buy more ciabatta!

So to make sure I use up the leftovers I like to get creative. This dip is seriously delicious on just about anything, but I like to use it to make deviled eggs with a little kick. This recipe is point-friendly and even the civilians in your life will approve!
