If you’ve been around for awhile, you know that I’m new to the world of overnight oats. For the longest time I thought I hated them but recently found out that I was using the wrong kind of oats and totally throwing off the taste!

Now that I’ve become a fan of overnight oats, I’m bringing you a new favorite of mine – peppermint white chocolate!

This recipe is perfect for breakfast on Christmas morning or any day you want to start off with a festive touch!

Peppermint White Chocolate Overnight Oats

Yield 1 serving

6 SP Blue | 7 SP Green | 3 SP Purple

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup uncooked old fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz. (4 pumps) Peppermint Bark Skinny Syrup
  • 12 Lily’s white chocolate baking chips
  • ½ tbsp Brach’s crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Add oats, almond milk, chia seeds, greek yogurt, and peppermint syrup to a half pint glass mason jar
  2. Stir until blended
  3. Refrigerated overnight (or at least for an hour)
  4. Top with white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes
  5. Serve cold or heat and enjoy!
